Many Americans suffer from back pain. We generally accept as a part of our day-to-day lives. However, this does not always have to be the case. Today can be the day that you do something about your back pain. In this video, you will learn several exercises and stretches for back pain treatment.
First, lay down on your back and prop up your knees. Next, tilt your pelvis upwards to that your back flattens out.
If you were to put your hand under your back where it curves, imagine your back squishing that hand. Hold your pelvis in that tilted position for 3 to 5 seconds. Do this about 10 times. After this, lift your hips up so that they are in a straight line. Then slowly come back down.
The next stretch is a knee to chest stretch. Grab under your knee and pull it up to your chest for 30 seconds. Do three of these for each knee. Then do a double knee stretch which is the same thing but with both knees simultaneously. These are just a few stretches that may help with your back pain.
